神宮外苑サイクリングコースを行くの回

日曜＆祝祭日はサイクリングコースとなる外苑絵画館周りのオーバルコースを走りました。今の時期でも十分気持ち良いですが、紅葉の季節はもっと素敵なコースになるでしょう。このコースは往年のグランツーリスモ4「東京R246」のコースでもあるので軽くニヤリ
こんな感じでしたね、とんでもないvideoですね 笑
今回は北参道のサイクルスクエアにてロードバイクを借りました。ここは４時間１０００円で借りられるスーパーリーズナブルさが売りです（厳密には３０００円のデポジットがかかりますが、バイク返却後戻ってきます）。ロードバイクのポジションを経験したい、という狙いもレンタルにて解決。バイク選びの良い参考になりました
ちなみにここに併設されているバイシクルカフェは夜カフェなので重宝しています
サイクリングコースは三輪車付きのキッズからレーサーまで仲良く走れる良い環境。特に子供等初心者向けの指導員付き練習コーナーが確保されている点がGOODです
これからの季節が楽しみなコースでした

現在読み進めている本の中にCIA Kids websiteの記述があるのだけど、これがなかなか面白いので紹介です

The Intelligence Cycleの考え方自体は、上記のような安全保障面だけではなく、Private Sectorでも使えますね。これ自体は非常にシンプルで汎用的なモノですし

The weather becomes gradually cooler in Tokyo, giving me a sense of the upcoming Autumn. Niwa and I shared local information of SF at the Dish Cafe in Yoyogi Uehara..
I got a photo from him of a view of a park which would be around the Mission Dolores Park. Whenever I saw the blue sky and green grass, I could immediately get well.
